During the masterclass, which will be held online on Friday 7 March, editor Francesca Sofia Allegra will talk about what it means to edit documentaries, starting from footage to create captivating narratives in a process that reveals the power of storytelling.

Francesca Sofia Allegra is a distinguished editor known for her exceptional documentary storytelling skills. She has collaborated on highly successful Italian docu-series (SanPa for Netflix and Veleno for Prime Video) and often works as a trailer editor. Her main focus is on independent documentaries with high-impact stories, such as Le mura di Bergamo by Stefano Savona and Here I am by Marc J. Francis.
