For this 2024 edition, the Festival launched a new circular economy project, called Old to New - Bio Fund. During the days of the Festival, a temporary shop was set up in Piazzetta Pier Paolo Pasolini with gadgets from past editions, otherwise destined for disposal, available for free. The proceeds of this initiative were invested in a project to offset CO2 emissions: we collaborated with OlivaMi, an association reforesting olive groves in Salento damaged by the Xylella epidemic. With the proceeds of the Old to New - Bio Fund initiative, 30 new olive trees were planted, helping to offset 7.2 tonnes of CO2.
